With a combined 45 years of experience in the security and asset protection industries, our founders have created a seamless process that leaves nothing on the table, keeping your businesses most valuable assets well protected.
Curtis has been board certified by ASIS International as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) since 2001.

Founded by Marcus Stair and Curtis Given
Established Foundational Client base with public utilities, manufacturing, and Silicon Valley tech organizations.
2020
Expanded engineering department
Secured sole source contract with the 12th largest data center colocation company in the world. Expanded accounting department. Quoting model extremely successful.
2019
Awarded most promising enterprise risk management company
Increased manufacturing client base. Hit all financial targets established in business plan.
2022
Growth in double digits
Expanding all departments and driving growth through client retention and expansion. Brand update to better communicate Preceptors’ expertise.
